Cookie Cart

Cookie Cart commissioned this video for their 10th Annual Chefs’ Dinner Gala. Cookie Cart is a non-profit based in Minneapolis on West Broadway, and now in St. Paul on Payne Avenue. It provides a first job experience and leadership training for teens between 15-17 years of age in caring and supportive environment. Every time I entered the kitchen to film (never forget a hairnet!), I felt this great energy. When speaking with the youth employees, you can tell this is their experience of being there too. Working with the youths and staff at Cookie Cart was a pleasure from start to finish, it’s a very inspiring organization.
